RATES

Altamont is a short term rental house available for a minimun of three days with extended stay available.

Three nights (or any part thereof):
$500, payable in advance

One week (six nights) or any part thereof:
$1,000, payable in advance of each week’s stay.

One Month (thirty consecutive nights):
$1,500, payable in advance of each months’s stay.
(Yes, it is more cost effective to stay 1 month than 1 week!)

Pets
Pets welcome at Altamont with a signed Pet Agreement and a refundable deposit of $100.00. The yard is not fenced in.

Deposits
Reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $250.00. Deposits may be paid by check, cash or money order. Payment must be received prior to confirmed reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with 30 days notice:
Full refund minus $250.00 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation with 14 days notice:
50% Refund minus $250.00 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation with less than 14 days notice:
No Refund
